To my eye, it was not in BHO’s hand but in the hand of an INS official who inserted the information about Barry into the section of the extension request form after probing for more information from Sr. in person or on the phone. The additions are discussed in McKeon’s related memo Dated April 29 on page 21 of the INS FOIA docs.

IMO, BHO Sr. would not describe his son as a “USC” as the handwritten note says. That is INS lingo for US Citizen, that Sr. wouldn’t likely use.

An additional document from Obama Sr.’s INS file is relevant: a handwritten memo dated Aug. 31,1961,by William Wood,as seen in Exhibit 5.

The memo’s use of the term “claims” suggests the information came from Obama Sr.,possibly at an in-person meeting with an officer at the INS office when he filled out and filed his visa extension form.

The memo confirms Dunham was leaving Hawaii to attend school in Seattle,an additional factor the INS would have examined had an investigation been undertaken into the legitimacy of the marriage and the fatherhood of the child.

In the last paragraph,the memo notes the child was living with the mother at the home of the grandparents,while the Kenyan was living at the Alencastre Street address –facts that did not need to be seriously considered if the only relevant question in extending Obama Sr.’s visa was whether or not he was then a student in good standing.

Interesting,the note appended to the memo suggests the information the Kenyan provided raised serious questions about the wife and child that would need to be answered if he were applying for more than a temporary stay.

Given that the INS was not going to conduct an investigation,the Woods memo appears to document only what the Kenyan said and did not determine whether or not the claims were true.

While Obama Sr.’s INS files do not prove he was not the father of the future president,they provide ample documentation the officer was skeptical the Kenyan was legitimately married to Dunham and/or was the biological father of Barack Obama II.

By deciding to stay with the temporary student visa status,the Kenyan obviated the need for an INS investigation that might have uncovered in 1961 that the marriage was fraudulent and the biological father of the child was someone else.

There are at least two statements on the Woods memo which contradict documented information in Jerome Corsi's book, "Where's the Birth Certificate?," assuming SAD is the mother.

(1)SAD was already attending college as of Aug. 31, 1961.

(2)She was at the University of Washington in Seattle at the time, NOT at Washington State University.

Yes, I agree that Woods memo might be a forgery.

I see no evidence of forgery of the Wood memo at all for the following reasons:

The Wood memo written on 8/31/61 (FOIA page 34) is based entirely on CLAIMS made by serial liar BHO Sr. and is 100% consistent with what is in Sr.’s best interest to have told Wood regardless of what is true thus earning him the extension he was granted THAT DAY including:

1. saying Barry was born in Honolulu on 8/4 and is a US citizen

2. saying he is married to Stanley Ann and “they” intend to “return to Kenya” (return?... Is this a tell?)

If Barry had been born in Kenya, Senior, SADO and her parents would all realize that reporting Barry to have been born in Honolulu would gain Barry invaluable US citizenship in addition to Kenyan citizenship. BHO Sr. has ALWAYS tried to have things both ways if possible at all times (sound familiar for Barry?).

The U of Hawaii approved the extension 8/31 (page 37) probably right before the Wood interview with Sr. and INS granted approval 8/31 but only AFTER William Wood “questioned closely” BHO Sr. on that date.

The “close” questioning on 8/31 was recommended on 4/12 in a memo on FOIA page 39 after U of HI reported suspected polygamy or bigamy and Senior’s claim that he had “divorced” Kezia verbally.

INS and U of H officials had no way of knowing that the marriage to Kezia was not Muslim and was governed by UK Kenya Colony Marriage Act of 1902 which does not recognize this Muslim type of verbal divorce, as far as I can tell

The Woods Memo bears the same date as his application for permission to accept employment, on which he seems to have suddenly remembered the name of his wife is 'Ann S Dunham' but three weeks after the miracle birth in Hawaii, he still doesn't include the name of any child.

We are to assume that Ann S Dunham is the same person as was listed in the Honolulu Polk for 1961 as ANN S OBAMA, student.

That Memo has always been suspect. This story isn't over by a long shot.

The 'transcript' shown for one OBAMA, Stanley Ann Dunham, supposedly supplied by the U of WA appeared to show her enrollment/commencement date as August 19, iirc. That was found to be caused by damage to the 'transcript' and the date was adjusted to September 19. However, the semester commenced September 25, on the U of WA Calendar for 1961.

The 'transcript' was provided by the U of WA to Jerome Corsi after a listing for ANNA OBAMA was discovered in the 1961 1962 Seattle Polk and Reverse Directory.

That event gave rise to the famous Mary the baby-sitter story, remember?

There was no Seattle period known until the entry for ANNA OBAMA was discovered.

Which refers to the kenyan student. There is no ‘THEY’ in that Memo in that context. The THEY is in the next sentence and refers to the child they supposedly have in common.

I see no evidence of forgery of the Wood memo at all for the following reasons.

The acid test for the authenticity of lack thereof of the Wood memo would be to compare the handwriting on it to the handwriting on (ideally) at least a dozen other documents known to have been written and/or signed by Mr. Wood.

Neither of these two points support forgery of what Wood wrote, which was simply what BHO Sr. told him while being “questioned closely.”

It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Sr. incorrectly told Wood that Ann was intending to go to WA State instead of UW. State U and U of State are very frequently confused all over the US all day every day.

Great presentation, clearly shows how the kenyan didn’t give a d*mn what he wrote - and most of the time he didn’t bother to answer half the questions anyway. So very muslim of him, they are taught that the kufar’s laws and rules are not the ways of allah, so if it’s not in the koran, they can ignore it. All the time taking advantage of what they can steal or benefit from the culture they are taking advantage of.
Harsh it may seem, but there’s nothing to be believed as being true in any of it, the discrepancy between years of birth he provides might just indicate that as he was arrested, albeit for political reasons, and wasn’t an airlift candidate as a result, and would not have qualified for a scholarship after being identified as a potential trouble maker by the colonial authorities, it’s possible we are looking at some form of identity shenannigans right from the beginning.

The article from the interview in Hawaii dated September 1959 indicates he only had enough funds for one or two semesters, and would need to look for a scholarship...yet we are to believe he already had a scholarship when he arrived.

I’m sceptical of the entire scenario, right from when he left Kenya, of which Kezia is reported to have said her son was six years old when she said goodbye to him at the airport.

So we really don’t know when Malik was born, either. But one thing we do know is, Malik isn’t the CLAN ELDER as he aught to be if he’s the son of Barack Hussein Obama and the grandson of Onyango.

The only thing that could give ‘granny’ Sarah her authority is that she is the mother of A SURVIVING ELDER SON. And in my estimation, that elder son has to be the brother with whom the kenyan student attended the school at Maseno.

It is very odd (and frustrating) that so many basic facts about Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama Sr. - and therefore, Barack II - are seemingly ambiguous according to contemporary documents. This suggests the real possibility that at least some of these documents have been deliberately altered at some point during the intervening years.

It would be hard to fathom that the Anna Obama listed in the Seattle directory at that time was a woman other than Stanley Ann Dunham, who was known by other sources to have been in Seattle at that time and to have been caring for a baby. The name "Obama" was virtually unknown in the United States at the time, and still is very rare, so you would have to think that there would be only an infinitesimal chance that there would be two different women in Seattle (and in the area of Seattle in the environs of the U. of Washington campus) at the time with one using the surname Obama and the given name Anna, and the other with middle name Ann later known to have filed for divorce from a man named Obama.
