MEGA BUMP!!
I was listening to The Bob Grant Show yesterday and he had Phil Berg on as a guest. Berg gave a thorough summary of the BC issues, and a few of the callers (hardcore Cons for the most part) also discussed the birth certificate cases.
Just before the 44 minute mark, one of the callers mentioned Justice Thomas and the “evading it” quote.
