I believe that you are correct on this point. The issue is whether, if and when he took positive action to affirm his foreign citizenship after attaining majority, he surrendered his original citizenship status.
Whatever the courts might rule, I bet the ranch that he and his political handlers did not want this issue known to the American public before the election.
Keep the ranch and add that to a long list of things that should have been known in 2008 ... and actually were. My pet "Hidden Story:" the fact that Obama and Toe-Jam Dick Morris spent months campaigning .... in Kenya .... for Raila Odinga, a Marxist, a Jihadist, an advocate of Sharia Law, and whose followers massacred thousands of Christians when he lost the internationally monitored election.
Then-Senator Obama also raised in excess of $1Million in campaign funds for Odinga, and after his man (and cousin) lost, Obama campaigned tirelessly with the UN to set up a power sharing deal. With Odinga threatening jihad, civil war, and partitioning of Muslim provinces, while his followers killed Christians, the deal went down.
