It looks like some retarded wannabe gangbanger graffiti to me. To the media, a group of Black kids spraypainting n****r all over town is also a racial slur/attack even though they are using it as a point of pride.
This is probably the result of Brad Miller’s campaign. He’s a useless democrat congressman busy stirring up controversy... I think he may lose in November. Everyone should remember last year that Miller claimed one of his constituents threatened him via a fax transmission... yet he would never hold a public town hall.
