One of the best documentaries on television IMO.
Everytime I watch, I feel a need to go out and buy ammo.
Gangs are a cancer on this nation, and they are not taken seriously enough. IMO, even membership in a violent gang should warrant capitol punishment.
This is a documentary everyone should see.
I’ve seen a few. They originally put it on late eves after children wne to bed because of violent content, then next thing you know: “Gangland marathon” starting 10 am. After a while it seemed to be a recruiting ad.
I’ll be honest.....you couldn’t pay me enough to go talk and film gang members.
It would be tantamount to playing with an AIDS hypodermic needle. I am actually amazed at some of the footage they are able to get.
They are the violent, terror wave of taking over our country. They also worship the “Saint of Death”
I can’t believe the Mexican Mafia and other gangs can run their organizations on the outside in prison. I DVR the show and see the same patterns repeat themselves episode after episode. Charismatic gang leader builds gang, gets out of control, the authorities start watching them and then put them out of business and the rabble start to fade away. It always helps to have a gang of your own on the right side of the law.
Yes, I watch them both, been through Nogales a few times, and stationed a few years in Fairbanks. I drove part of the Dalton Highway on vacation one summer. Those cliffs make the Sunshine Skyway seem like a kiddee ride.
I’m switching between Gangland and CSPAN right now. Gangland pulls no punches and lets people see exactly what these savages think and do - and yes, I agree, it’s a must buy more ammo show.
I have watched several of the episodes. Excellent documentary; I agree on the need to arm ourselves. Have a feeling most of those types are 0bamabots.
The 9PM episode had violent asian gang members who were killers but did not get the death penalty because the jury thought they looked too young.
Until people are willing to exterminate these monsters, the problem will only grow exponentially.
I cringe every time I see her hop out of that truck with a pair of sneakers on, I'm sure she has warm boots in the cab, but if she gets hurt or breaks a leg outside with sneakers on at 20 to 60 below............those Kenworths must have a pretty warm firewall too.
If I had a gun it might be sitting over by the door where I am looking right now. The other could be down stairs, but I don’t have one.
I wish nature would take care of that half breed in DC.
There’s too much political power that doesn’t want to eradicate it. Look at the bright side, they don’t have to suffer it, only we the people do. /throw them out
You have to watch the International History channel to actually get shows about history. The people who run the regular history channel admitted that their show is about whatever people will watch. Although I do like a number of their shows especially "Ice Road Truckers."
Clubs, when riding in a pack, ride very fast and very, very tight. (I know; I am a member of one.) Whatever happens to those in front of you, happens to YOU, so a lot of guys are starting to wear full face helmets for protection.
It's kind of pointless to wear a full face for protection against being recognized by Law Enforcement when you have a large, colorful patch on your back announcing your club affiliation to the world. Especially since Law Enforcement simply follows you to your destination and takes photos as you take your helmet off.
"Gangland, at least when it comes to M/C's, is a joke. "Sons of Anarchy" is more realistic. (And that isn't saying much!)
Isnt the History Channel runs by libs?
It was meant as more of a joke. I’ve know(n) quite a few !%ers and am aware of how they ride. As far as “Gangland” they tend to make it as “entertaining” as possible to the public. I totally agree with you on the SOA thingy, that ain’t saying much, also, I wish they would show the Mayans bikes more on SOA. They’re much cooler than the samcro bikes. IMHO.
You’re right.
