Why does the CIA along with the FBI, our premier law enforcement agency, stand by and allow Marxist employment and involvement within our Executive Branch of government?
Background checks are supposed to screen and block such Socialist/ Communist people from serving in any capacity within the federal government.
Could corruption, fear of being fired and political payoffs be going on within the FBI and CIA? Why can't these federal agencies, which have served America well in past decades, just do their fiduciary duty for our children and grandchildren?

These agencies are made up with ‘people’. Such people can be of many social stripes’ There are the true patriots. There are the weak patriots who might have been compromised by some misdeed along the path of their career. There are those who never were solid patriots and availailable to the highest buyer. However, the most dangerous to this Nation are those who have obtained office by/for intentions of nefarious people wanting to destroy the heritage and Constitutional law of this Nation. Obama and his enablers like this last group no matter how he puts on the opposite stance. A different election result might alleviate some of the dangerous persons, but in the cases of CIA and FBI these people are there to sustain the effort and they know how to survive.

First of all, these Czar jocs are extra-Constitutional, and may have no associated background checks.
Secondly, as in the Clinton years, the Bureau only investigates and reports findings to Exec branch. Exec decides to hire or not hire. There is no “pass-fail” criteria and LEOs have no say in the final hiring decision.
I believe, in the United States, we have a legitimate Communist Party, sometimes they even have members campaigning and running for office of president. Granted, they usually don’t get many votes, but they are out there and it is not illegal.
I think a lot of anti-communist rhetoric is aimed at people who believe as some of you posting here do, that it is illegal and see plots involving CIA and FBI. Most of the rhetoric is aimed at tipping an election in the favor of the people spreading the anti-communist propaganda.
To the Bolsheviks the “Czar” the prime enemy of the people. In this case, the Bolsheviks are right.
Your leading question, if not rhetoric, has a painfully obvious answer:
The subordinate does what the boss says.
If you want a socialstic/communistic government, elect a socialistic/communtistic chief executive. His agencies will do what he bids. A Commie leader will appoint Commie Czars (= commissars) to enforce his will throughout the organization.
