I wouldn't expect there to be.

Point is the WH and the AP versions are not the same. They are different sizes and even when one is scaled, then superimposed on the other they do not proportionally match. And the AP PDF, does not contain the same layers. It's layers are much more in line with what one would expect to find.

Did you ever think that maybe the AP made their own scan from a paper image the WH gave them? (I don't think I've seen this AP image unless it's the photo where someone is holding a copy printed on white paper.)
