This is BS.
Read the letter from Obama's lawyer, and from Obama himself. They requested two copies. The lawyer would fly to Hawaii to pick them up herself. (Nice gal!) They didn't request a pdf. If the these letters and the BC were honest, it would have been the WH that produced the pdfs, and all they could use to produce the BC pdf would have been the sheet of paper with the BC image supplied to them by Hawaii.

Not exactly. There’s definitely two versions. The AP version, which assumedly represents the certified copies requested by WH counsel. Then the digital copy the WH posted on it’s website.
The WH version (causing the hubbub) is larger and has a safety paper border added. I’m guessing this was emailed at some point from HI DOH.
