IF the original document that provides the textual image had been done all at one time on a single machine by just one typist on a single sheet all of that might be true.

However, it is clear that this form was completed at different times on at least two different typewriters by maybe as many as 5 different typists of varying degrees of skill. Plus it was done on a multi-page form!

Which makes all of your suppositions less than probative.

So, your saying that the possibility of 5 seperate participants in the completion of the form is normal?

I didn’t realize they had such a break down in labor for just one form back in 1961.

Less probative?
