Love what Orly is doing, but the fix is in and she will lose.

Unless the records were confiscated immediately the whole effort is useless.

Did a judge sign the subpoena? If not it will be ignored. If a federal judge signed it then there is a small chance it will honored.

It is a copy of an ABSTRACT of all the data, or not, on file, or not, with the HIDOH. Therefore, unless one sees the original document(s) from which the data on the digitally created new document was 'abstracted,' one really has no proof of anything. Back to square 1. Let's see the LFBC. How do the old signatures end up on new abstract????

Some day Orly needs to get professional help. Legal or psychological. Either would be good.
It's sad, really.
Has there been any attempt to quash the subpoena? Or is Ms. Fuddy just ignoring it because it doesn't seem to be a valid subpoena?
