Sorry. You are absolutely wrong. A friend of my wife married at 16 (not pregnant) and has been happily for 43 years. My wife married at 18 and we have been happily married for 41 years. I am six years older. I met her when she was 14, started dating her when she was 16, we were engaged when she was 17, and married one week after her 18th birthday. We met in church, by the way. There was never a thought that I was a pedophile.

Yup. My Grandmother was married at 16, her mother at 15. several kids each in time. Most folks back then where I lived were exactly the same way. Then there the American Indian tribes and so on and so on.
You just can’t make some people believe reality.
She may be pretty but why does she like boys rather than men. And her Hubby must feel humiliated. Even pretty trash is still trash.

I am in total agreement that teachers of both sexes should be punished equally...absolutely. The laws regarding these matters are the law. My whole outlook with this is that some make it out that 17 year-olds are these little pieces of glass that need to be wrapped in silk and bubble wrap, when the reality is that most 17 year-olds today are not only NOT children in any way/shape or form, but they have likely had more sex by that age than most “adults” have had in the last 20 years. That’s the reality. Anyone doubting me need only ask a teenager or young ‘adult’.
Our ancestors had a far more realistic outlook on these matters IMO. We have gotten so blinded by PC and societal conditioning that nature, biology and history are ignored.
