That analysis is part of the record of the AUTHOR OF THE BILL’S INTENT, thus it is valid to bring it up, even if, to YOU, it’s not part of the law. It tells the legislators AND THOSE ENFORCING THE LAW what it’s all about.

I have come to the conclusion, lj, that the people who know and can maybe even document it, are in no position to throw stones. It doesn't matter which side of the aisle they sit on, if they are 'dirty' or close enough tobe made to appear so, they're keeping their traps shut.

Before all of this started regarding the kerning findings, I found it odd that the page on the left side looks like it came out of a book but then blends into the background the further you look to the right.

Or, then again, depending on how you look at things, you could be correct.But if I am "anti-birther," it's for the plain and simple reason that I have yet to see one solid, irrefutable argument.

There is the matter of the stamps. We have the White House saying they requested two copies of the longform. Now as with any government office that has to certify documents, the document is printed out, the registrar looks at it, and hand stamps it with the date and with the case of Hawaii, the signature of the registrar. Now we have the photograph of the BC taken by Samantha Guthrie of NBC and her " testimony " that she saw and felt the seal. The document she photographed is a black and white document. Then we have the PDF , which is a color document. Now lets compare the positions of both the date and signature stamps on both of these documents.

DATE STAMP:

If you look at the hash marks of the security paper to the right of the red numbers on the PDF version, you see that the top of the A in April is the tenth hash mark down from the bottom line of the BC. The same can be seen on the Guthrie photo.

If you look at the hash marks above the blue numbers ( green on Guthrie ), you see that the A starts at the eighth hash mark from the vertical line on the left of the BC. The same can be seen on the Guthrie photo.

SIGNATURE STAMP:

If you look at the PDF, you will see the A of Alvin is just below the tenth hash line from the bottom line of the BC. The same can be seen on the Guthrie photo.

The A in Alvin is also 19 hash marks from the left on both the PDF and Guthhrie photo.

What does this tell us ? BOTH THE DATE STAMP AND THE SIGNATURE STAMP ARE IN EXACTLY THE SAME POSITION ON BOTH DOCUMENTS. That is virtually IMPOSSIBLE for someone to do that by just hand stamping in the normal manner. They would intentionally have to do it. But why would they ? There is no reason to put them in exactly the same spot, so why bother ?

Both these documents therefore can't be different documents. One had to be created from the other. Now the PDF could not be created from the one Guthrie saw and photographed since that is a black and white document and the PDF is color. Conversely, the Guthrie document could not have been created from the PDF, because according to Guthrie, it had a raised seal that she felt ( thus it could not be a scan ). So either Guthrie is lying about the seal ( and if she is, why would she lie and who told her to do so ), or there is a seal on the copy Guthrie saw. If this is the case, it CANNOT be a seal from Hawaii since that document would have had to have been created from the PDF document back at the White House- ( there would be no need or reason for them to create a copy in Hawaii since they provided two copies and any copy Hawaii would have provided would have to be from their master file, not a scanned copy of something already printed out and stamped - since they would have to stamp the copy independently. ) The ONLY way it could have a seal from Hawaii is if the White House has one of their own.

I said that long before this year, but after I while I concluded in advance it would be too little too late. As for the abstract he showed, that only made me more suspicious, not less. Then there's John Jay's letter regarding “natural born” status.

A big huge duh from me because I had mixed up the two listings found for the similar names, one in HI and one in WA.

I was the source of the duh.

Cause then I remembered the listing in HI.

Thus the short term slinking into obscurity.
