Blacks are 12.9% of the US population and commit 43% of the crimes nationwide.
I live in a region that has a 26% Black population...these Blacks have to commit 86% of the crimes in this region for the national average to be 43%.
I pack a gun (legally) everywhere I go.

your local reality is pretty scary. I would think that their mathematician would point out the overall odds, that they are in for a nasty ass whuppin if the get tp acting up too much. Many African traditions take a long time to die, specially if they reject the system of getting educated and bettering their lives.

If the Tea Party and Republicans were truly racist and hated black people, then they would both blanch at letting them join their ranks. The truth is the Tea Party and The Republican Party would love to have black people join them. Does that sound like racist orgs. to you?
The flash mobs are mostly African-American young men, not hispanics. They are native-born, so no question of stopping them at the borders...
