I had a feeling she wouldn’t run. If she had, she probably should have declared a lot sooner. Now that the deadlines are coming, it was inevitable.

Some on FR were automatically assuming she would run and win.

1) Declare
2) Campaign
3) Win primaries
4) Get the nomination
5) Hopefully beat the Dem. in the final.
