I have an old artist friend who is part American Indian he could pass for a Mexican in appearance and speech but after living in Mexico for many years, is moving back to the USA. He says the situation is untenable even for a cagey old survivor like himself. His ancestors survived the frontier but this is worse then the old wild West.
I still see Mexico tourist industry is still running great ads to visit Mexico. Saw one today and thought go there if your crazy...
