Tens of thousands of patients with terminal illnesses are being placed on a "death pathway"

(Excerpt) Read more at telegraph.co.uk ...

TOPICS: Heated Discussion
KEYWORDS: deathpanels; deathpathway; euthanasia; healthcare; healthservice; moralabsolutes; obamacare; prolife
From the quick to the end, each and all are "pathway" embarked upon. PotUS is pushing (with lots of AARP, big pharma and INS traction).

Picking winners based on race, age attributes, religion) is inherently a governmental proclivitie. When governments do it, it is called cleansing. When they get really good at it, we call it Hell on earth.

0&co didn’t dream this concept up. The Vets Admin and all other Fed "health" operations seem obsessivly oriented toward mortality easing of the sheeple.

The most chilling part of the article.

Concerns about the pathway were raised first in The Daily Telegraph in 2009 when experts warned that in some cases patients have been put on the pathway only to recover when their families intervened, leading to questions over how people are judged to be in their “last hours and days”.

Coming to a hospital near you thanks to Obamarcare.

I have seen this happen with Hospice patients too, time and time again. They are supposed to have less than six months to live and receive only palliative care during that time. Often it doesn't work out that way and they leave hospice, return to conventional tertiary medical care and recover.

The death and dying issues are an art not a science.

I was going to post...Coming to a country near you, very soon.

However on second thought I think it is already happening to some unknown extent, and may have been happening for quite some time, of course obamacare will legitimize and demand it.

Just a thought about happening now, no evidence to present.

you know, I have first hand knowledge of what happens in hospitals, how drs order tests, meds, etc...

I've never seen one ever give up on a patient no matter the age unless the patient was comatose, very elderly, with multiple system failures AND only after conferring with families first...

Drs that I have known have bent over backwards not to dismiss anybody......

and you just don't know how many families want their frail elderly to just die...literally, they sit around asking "when are they going to die" in dismay...like they wanted us to hurry it up....

I’m not sure I like the concept of Hospice....seems to me that every human being should at least have the gift of hope, or a miracle...

I started hospice care once and quit after three months because the hospice nurse acted like a nazi and screamed at me for hoarding my medicine. She called me a liar and a cheat and screamed that I couldn't be trusted, etc. It made me want to die right then and there. Must be part of the techniques to get us old folks to kick off sooner rather than later.

Anyway, it enraged me and forced me to live longer and to start giving some of those gestapo-like medical folks some of their own medicine.

I am now a holy terror when I have to go the clinic or hospital to receive care when I get borderline treatment. Not gonna take that sh_t anymore. Need an ombudsperson? Just call on me. Haha.
