My family is drifting to the right and I don’t mind helping them.
I was happy to hear my niece complaining about the idiots in Kalamazoo where she went to school.
A friend of mine is going to be drifting right in April, when she has to file for the first time without her recently deceased mother as a dependant. She was very lefty on health care issues because her mom was medi/medi (California) and the taxpayer covered for probably about two million dollars of care in her last 2 years. I mean literally, the bill for her last month in ICU was nearly one million, if I remember correctly.
But now her mother is gone and my friend earns a great deal of money. She's not in the 1%, but she's in the 5% and the taxman is going to start taking chunks out of her with big, sharp teeth. I'm just waiting.
