Uncle Dolphy thought he was quite photogenic (just like little Barry)...
To: Daffynition
HISTORY knows him as an evil Nazi monster but Adolf Hitler was quite happy camping it up in the woods. It is a mistake to try and portray something that evil as human. Never forget his consequences.

Never underestimate the destructive power of narcissism.

LOL - I love that movie - The original “The Producers” with Zero Mostel and Gene wilder is on my top 10 of all time.
Trivia- Mel Brooks could not get anyone to say that line- so he did it himself, as a cameo appearance in the movie.

True. But it's also important to keep in mind the Banality of Evil.

His head looks very flattened in relation to the rest of his body in that shorts photo. Was he really that disproportionate?

How right you are!
That said, I am still hoping that we dodged a bullet with Obama (his laziness saving us from what he could really destroy if he were up to it).

Hitler should have been a comedian.Except for the fact that he lacked that most important ingredient...a sense of humor.

I am still hoping that we dodged a bullet with 0bambi (his laziness saving us from what he could really destroy if he were up to it). Yeah....and unlike 0bambi, Hitler fought in the first world war dodging real bullets.....unless you count living in Chicago.

True, he was only ever unintentionally funny. He would hate to be laughed at I bet. Probably kill everyone there.
Tough crowd?
Dead crowd.

Plus, he was a dog lover (or was that wolf lover?)...

His head looks very flattened in relation to the rest of his body in that shorts photo. Was he really that disproportionate? No. I think you are seeing an artifact of some darkroom work. The image was probably dodged to get an even exposure. Most professional images of Hitler were retouched to produce the best possible presentation. Hitler disliked candid photos and casual snapshots of himself and had them supressed if anyone published them. All the "smiling Hitler with children and dogs" shots that you see in period publications were carefully staged and choreographed.
