The sad part is that this will have one very bad consequence: it may hurt the entertainment industry in the Los Angeles area because many people who work “behind the camera” on adult films often end up working for the big movie studios—and this talent pool will be lost. Not to mention the potential for a lot of tax revenue lost to Los Angeles County and the state of California as the adult film industry moves to other states.

Oddly enough, few porn stars have had any real success in Hollywood. Traci Lords had a few starring roles but never became a big star.
