Strangely, she got very upset at the nickname “Spot”.
I learned a harsh lesson that day, I assure you ;)
My mother is so light skinned that should she be on the beach, under the pier, and clothed head to toe with long sleeves, she would quickly become a crispy critter.
Thankfully, I have my daddy’s skin.
“Spot”...it was a well deserved lesson. lol
