The state of equality and justice in America is shameful-especially since the election of President Barack Obama. Unlike many of my friends who think America is going to hell in a hand basket, and have given up thinking things will get better for those who've been marginalized for so long, I still have hope for a better day.
When Barack Obama was running for President of the United States, a close friend told me, "Mark my word. When Senator Obama is elected, some people will go absolutely crazy, and after he's re-elected, they will go mad!" His rationale was that the average White person had never had the opportunity to wake up every morning and see a brilliant Black man on television who was the most powerful man in the world! Unless they were wed to FOX News and the O'Reilly, Hannity, Beck,Von Sustern programs, they would learn so much about us- so many good things they had refused to acknowledge before.
So many of our people are brilliant in what they do, but never had a fair chance to be seen in a positive light in their daily newspapers or on mainstream television or heard on major radio stations. Now, here we are after the Obama victories. He's there every single day! The madness really swung into high gear with the Tea Party, Michelle Bachman, Sarah Palin, Senator Ted Cruz and a whole lot of others. Some I didn't mention because they were already on the list of what most of us have come to know as the "crazies", such as Rush Limbaugh and his horrible ilk.
Black women like our First Lady, Michelle Obama, had not often been seen on the evening news, except when they were there crying over a son or daughter who'd been shot....

Here is a wake up call to this women of color, this is a government of the people, for the people, and by the people! the people will change the socialist change that has been instilled by this out of control government. Making it a racial issue will not change the fact this government cannot govern without the consent of the governed.
Watch and learn something, the gun control push currently in the US Senate should give you some insight into what happens when the American people (white, black, Hispanic, or native American) rise up and say enough is enough!
Just because you and your ilk don't always get what you want does not make it a “racial” issue. Your problem is that you have never looked what is in the best interest of the Country, instead, you look at this nation as racist whites and anything you can take from it is nothing more than getting even with whitey, no matter how much you hurt the Country as a whole!! So long as you get yours, to hell with everyone else! After all, whitely has taken everything they have from you and yours. You are simply leveling the playing field and getting back what was taken from you.
This plays out in the fact that you will over look the 26% unemployment for blacks in America, inner cities controlled by liberal blacks are bankrupt, crime ridden, and have out of control gangs. The uneducated blacks have risen under Obama, more blacks are on welfare, depend on the government for everything, e.g. housing, food, transportation, etc.. Instead of calling Obama out for his obvious failure, you simply dismiss these facts as the Republicans fault for blacking Obama’s agenda, again, ignoring the fact, Obama and his liberal party controlled all three branches of government in the first two (2) years of his presidency!
Like a drug addict, until you can honestly look yourself in the mirror and accept the fact that your troubles are YOURS, not some racist white persons, who somehow took everything you had in your life. Recognize the fact you have a problem and have been sold out by the liberal socialist Democratic party for the last 70 years, making you and most blacks in America dependent upon the government for life's essentials, you will forever live in a world of hate, racism, and depression, exactly like you have expressed in your article!

Evidently this woman missed the Black Conservatives featured on last night’s excellent Hannity. What they had to say about her & those like her was spot on. It would do her a great service to hear them out.
But she won’t because she profits from keeping blacks on the liberal plantation. Just another example of a hypocrite who claims to be about serving the cause of their people while doing just the opposite.

You know, out of all the lies and BS these people make up out of nothing, the one that I really wish “we” would address is this business about how we “want to send (fill in the blank) back to the back of the bus/closet/etc”. It’s such a ludicrous notion that no one ever confronts those who repeat it over and over, so I guess it’s become reality to some.
There’s only one black person that I’d like to send anywhere, and that is Barack Obama, and I’d like to send him back to Chicago in 2016. Or at least back to the golf course, where he does less harm to the nation in the meantime.
Since the takers in Europe and now the US have learned they can leech off others, all is lost.

While we have numerous politicians, we no longer have such leaders as her and Ronald Reagan, and I don't see any on the horizon who can articulate the benefits of capitalism and freedom and self-accountability. Rubio, Cruz, Paul, all look good in their own way, but still are playing the political norm.
We're cooked until someone starts telling the US populace what made this country the envy of the World. It only needs straight talk by at least one politician every time on the media. There was a reason why Ronald Reagan was called the "Great Communicator". He reduced complex issues into simple language the low info voters (LIV) could understand.
