Totally agree, cops could care less if “Holders people” are threatening to kill all whites, but threaten to off a cop and they move like a greased pig to put that guy away.

"Trading Places" (w/Eddie M.) had a terrific satirical portrayal of the Two Black Americas.
(Note that "Two Black Americas" bit -- you read it here first!)
All the more interesting because the movie also had leftist overtones.
