Shrimpton reported Obama's purported mom was not pregnant in 1961 and that Obama was born in Kenya in 1960. He said Kenya was under British intelligence files and that Obama's father ran guns for the Mau Mau. He then dropped a bombshell claiming the CIA did covert DNA testing on Obama at a fundraising dinner and the test came back with no match to the claimed grandparents. Shrimpton said Rudy Giuliani's people knew and sat on the intelligence and further stated he spoke with Hillary Clinton's people and that they were quite interested.

In context this video is from 2008 before Edwards or Hillary dropped out of the race but after Barry was making a big splash, so, yes, Barry grandmother would still have been alive.
Shrimpton’s entire context of his comments is that Barry is about to drop out of the race for the nomination so this was definitely pre-convention 2008 and IMO pre-Edwards dropping out.

any of them could be used to prove the DNA for Stanly Armour Dunham and Madelyn Payne..
Obama’s mother was an only child but her father had an older brother and her mother had 3 siblings..
some or all of them had children who would carry some of the same DNA that Obama should have if he was related..
One hint as to where Shrimpton was and who he was addressing was his reference to a medical doctor in the audience named “Owen Lister.”
I searched the name and found a pretty disgusting news account from 2005 (three years before this video) regarding this retired Tory MD (going senile?), which hints that Shrimpton might have been at a Tory event.

A Tory deputy mayor has sparked outrage by calling for disabled kids to be guillotined to avoid wasting cash on their care.

One thing I am certain about..and that is that the intelligences services of Pakistan, Indonesia,Kenya, the US and Britain know more about the background and documents of Zero than does the American public. Indonesia knows the status of his Indonesian residence papers and his nationality. Pakistan knows what travel document he used to get a visa and entry into Pakistan. Britain knows when and if his mother ever traveled to Kenya. Kenya knows about the travels of his mother and him. The US has his entire passport file and therefore the status of his adoption and citizenship. Etc. Eventually,the truth will be known...history will demand it.

Barry is open to being blackmailed by any nation or party who knows and could prove he is ineligible which is why faithfulness to the NBC clause was always a national security issue.

It was Rove and the party bosses’ brilliant ‘strategy’ that deftly snatched defeat out of the mouth of certain victory. They ran a terrible campaign with a lukewarm candidate who never made the case for electing either him specifically or Republicans in general. What’s more, the party never challenged the obvious voter fraud that ran rampant from coast to coast. It’s the loser mentality plain and simple.
Do your homework. And get your head out of your a$$.
