When the attorney handling the class action suit (DNC/Lil Debbie fixing the primaries for the Hilldog) was found dead in his own bathroom, did that case die with him? What is the status if that case and is there a new attorney?

What is the status if that case and is there a new attorney? It's on hold until the DNC picks a replacement attorney at their new attorney initiation ceremony on Halloween
