Remove barriers to selling insurance across State lines, take steps to break the link between employment and insurance as a benefit, remove efforts to socialize insurance pools by mandating coverage that people wouldn’t buy if they really had a choice, and in general do what you can to reduce the abuse of insurance.

I have heard explanation of the DISASTER that would happen if this was law.
Take the focus off insurance. Put medishare, directpay and other non-insurance approaches on an equal footing with insurance.
Remove the regulations that tell doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, IT firms how and what they must do.
