Glad I live in a HOA community. Our home prices have skyrockted because people want sane neighbors.
I have an HOA community literally on the other side of my property. Over the years I’ve chased their people off my property repeatedly when they were “inspecting”. They’ve fined me because my blue and white house is not a shade of dirt like all of their homes...and they ended up paying me much more than the fine. And twice I’ve had their security guards trying to tell me I had no right to be on my property claiming an easement that never existed.
Every time I’ve gone to court against these tyrants I’ve won. And before too long I know I’ll be in court again.
Live like that if you wish. Just remember the rest of us don’t live in your asylum. Thanks.
