Rebecca Firlit says that Cook County Judge James Shapiro blindsided her when he stripped her of custody of her son because she has not gotten her vaccine
She says he made the decision during an August 10 court hearing via Zoom along with her ex-husband who she currently splits custody of her son with
Judge Shapiro asked her about her vaccination status and she told him she had not gotten the COVID-19 vaccine because she has had bad reactions to vaccines
Shapiro then ruled that Firlit relinquish all of her parenting time with her son until she gets vaccinated.
Firlit is currently appealing the court order, saying the judge does not have the right to take away her parenting rights just because she's not vaccinated
The father's attorney admitted they were surprised by the decision, but said they are supporting the ruling because given the seriousness of the pandemic

Judges seem bent on taking control of all three branches of government. How about we fire all life time appointed judges and make them run for a particular judge’s office with a four or six year term term like the legislative branch does?
Lets see, a harmless vaccine that protects the mother and people around her.. or access to her child. Tough decision.

Pure propaganda— a little fact, a lot of misdirection, omission of critical statistics, and a bunch of outright lies.
For instance, at 11:21, your linked video says “the odds of dying from covid are about the same as getting struck by lightning.” I’ll bet you won’t fact check that by googling how many people died from lightning vs. covid (go ahead, I’ll help: about 49 deaths from lightning a year.). Even a severe case of cognitive dissonance should be able to see how ridiculous that claim is. I’d love to hear your response. How many people do you think died from COVID, once you subtract the cancer patients and motorcycle accident victims?
Of course death isn’t the only outcome of covid hospitalization. Long term side effects of covid are real and common— compare that to the statistically rare vaccine side effects.
And yes, got the vaccine. And my odds of living longer than you just went up. My odds of spreading it like a case of herpes is lower. My odds of hospitalization—also lower. And on and on.
No, it's a remarkably dangerous therapeutic that gives the Mother a narrow band resistance that is far less effective than natural immunity.
Most importantly: 'vaccinated' people are just as infectious as the unvaccinated. Public Health England and the CDC have both confirmed this.
Are you recommending the mother not get vaccinated so she can get a case of COVID naturally to get “better” immunity? Wouldn’t she have to quarantine from her family and child, and potentially be sick for a week and risk hospitalization or nasty complications from covid? Sounds like you’re giving unsafe medical advice. Does the CDC or HHS recommend this approach?
Resistors and submitters have reached an impasse and animosity between the two groups will soon reach fever pitch.
The reasons I choose to be in the resistor camp, and will stay there, is 1) 18 months later and I know of no one who’s died or gotten very sick from dystopia virus. 2) My wife is a nurse and has been on the “front lines” since day 1. She reports nothing remotely resembling a “pandemic” although the facility revolves around dystopia virus 24/7, at the expense of everyone else. The closest thing resembling a crisis is a shortage of nurses, 80 percent of whom are resistors, on record as ready to walk out the door due to possible mandates.
She has a nurse friend up north she communicates with who to this day is afraid to death yet can not describe anything resembling a pandemic either.
Incidentally, on July 27, 2007 I was struck by lightning and *immediately* went to the hospital in an ambulance. It is not an event that is asymptomatic, nor requires a phony test. In December of 2019 I experienced an unusual respiratory illness, that resolved itself in a few weeks without visiting a doctor.
One more thing, the propaganda coming out of the media full blast (I listen to the radio sometimes) is so fantastic it sounds like a comedy skit. There should be bodies everywhere.
My wife brought blood samples to the local regional hospital two times in the last three weeks and both times the emergency room was *completely empty*.
Last month in Memphis a 400 bed covid “overflow” hospital was shuttered. Without ever seeing one single victim of dystopia virus pandemic. Not a single one.
I am indeed recommending that she not be ‘vaccinated’.
This respiratory virus has criss-crossed the world since 2020. She almost certainly had Covid back in 2020, and barely noticed it. Her child as well.
Even if she hadn’t, she’s not in her 70’s and has no reported co-morbidities. She would be fine. Her child doubly so.
As for quarantine, is that worse than never being allowed to see your own child?

You’re trying to use arguments with someone who cites the CDC.
I don’t like being combative but they must be shouted down. I’d rather be left alone. It’s them that’s trying to force things on us and they are wrong. The science they hide behind is not good.
One thing that is never talked about it the effect on the blood supply going forward that could stem from dystopia injections.
