My father's job occasionally brought him onto Hollywood movie sets. He marveled at the feasts that were set out for the actors and crew: mountains of perfectly crisp bacon, enormous apples, oranges, and grapefruits, incredible varieties of everything in massive quantities, beautiful, bigger and better than anything you could get at the supermarket or in a restaurant. This was back in the 60s and 70s.
Now they get Subway -- if they're lucky?
It dwindled now for the food trucks. Unless you have a major star in both TV and movie production, the producers will cheapskate you.
