This is the ELCA. I don’t think they have been Lutheran in more than 100 years. They should be sued to cease and desist using Martin Luther’s name since they do not even believe in Christ. The ELCA is just a new age progressive cult that abuses the name and hates Christ.
I bet he found addressing those children in that way to be very sexually fulfilling for himself.

And then in the same section of the Genesis lecturers, Luther referred to:
the heinous conduct of the people of Sodom ” as “extraordinary, inasmuch as they departed from the natural passion and longing of the male for the female, which is implanted into nature by God, and desired what is altogether contrary to nature. Whence comes this perversity? Undoubtedly from Satan, who after people have once turned away from the fear of God, so powerfully suppresses nature that he blots out the natural desire and stirs up a desire that is contrary to nature. (Luther’s Works, Vol. 3, 255)

Those children must all be children of single mothers. A real father would pound that pervert creep into the ground shortly after the message to the children started. Apparently, there are no real fathers around.

What’s the point of telling stories to children in “drag”? It surely does not enhance the telling of the stories.
Moreover, a drag queen does not express joy, but absolute HOROR!!!! My experience of “gays” in my former ELCA Lutheran parishes has been one of horror, just like a horror movie!!!!
But it was the ELCA’s excising of “Father, Son, and Holy Spirit” from their cracked new “liturgy” that finally made me move to the Holy Orthodox Church!!!!
