My household picked up chickenpox at church. My wife was spared having had it as a child. I was 31 at the time and my three sons picked it up as well. I've had small flare-ups on my hands during high stress software death marches in the intervening years. There is no way I would take the mRNA injection and open the door to much worse consequences.
Consider researching the amino acid “lysine” and its role in immune system and activity against viruses. Also look at “Arginine” amino acid in relation in viral activivity.
