My son had juvenile shingles around his waist. He was about 7 years old. I didn’t know what it was because he was a kid and treated it with stuff that didn’t work. Went to a dermatologist and he diagnosed it as shingles.
My son was in a lot of pain for kid, but the medicine worked pretty quick. I took him to a toy store to reward him for taking it so well after the pain was gone. I told him he could pick anything he wanted in the store within reason.
He chose a bag of Cat’s eye marbles.
