Israel is quite odd. You have a lot of Orthodox living in Jerusalem and in the West Bank.
Even if that were a genuine female, no way should that have won.

It’s bad enough a MAN was able to “compete,” but a hideously ugly and grotesquely overweight man, no less. It’s like the organizers are laughing at the beautiful young women contestants. With crap like this, pageants like this will have to be shut down like the Israelis just did. It is such a shame we can’t have anything nice any more.

You're missing the point. The judges wanted to parade their compliance with the faddish trend of catering to the insane perverts who currently are in control of American politics.
