Many conservatives are so rigid with their standards that they refuse to negotiate and occasionally compromise to obtain as much as is possible to obtain

I will have discussion over anything financial. Doesn't mean I'll agree - but will seek to reach a mutual understanding, if possible.

I will have no discussion with it comes to the rights of the pre-born, ability of homosexuals to adopt children, same-sex "marriage", child trafficking, etc.

I have many, many Democrats who are friends - not because we agree, but because they value someone who says what they mean and means what they say.
