Of course they were. That’s precisely the reason the stupidity was insisted upon in the first place. In order to make sure that black criminals wouldn’t be inconvenienced with bail or incarceration prior to conviction.
Why? Well, there’s just too many black in prison and/or heading to prison. It’s just not fair. That’s why we’re at this point today.
Pandering to blacks over the decades has gotten us nowhere good, and it’s continuing to get worse.
I suppose the next step will be that blacks cannot be arrested or incarcerated for any crime at all.

Stands to reason they’re imprisoned more often.
I would like to know the cost in $$’s and life, from those arbitrarily let out of prison because of a fake pandemic. Why would these people be safer outside of restricted housing from a virus, than in a place where access is restricted? GOVT, if it were just one person I’d _______ him/her/it up.
