I agree with you. Every spring, my neighborhood is loaded with a herd of feral cats. We have fox, hawks and Bald Eagles who need to eat. By summer, the herd is significantly smaller.

Who knows, maybe the Filipino family down the street has something to do with it.

Wait, was this an Oriental restaurant, or a Mexican restaurant? Or maybe Fusion? (I have seen French-Vietnamese restaurants).

A brilliant priest friend of mine who was in Lebanon for years told me in Lebanon they believed eating cat was good to treat asthma. Of course, they also put ketchup on spaghetti, and rooted for Bluto in Popeye cartoons because he looked more like them. They also misunderstood the story, thinking that that they were fighting over the Spinach, which they like over there. It works just as well.
