I have always viewed amillenialism as a futile attempt to keep 'mystery, Babylon' a mystery a bit longer. - Anyone who has witnessed the casting out of demons, and the attendant immediate healing of 'incurable' diseases can see that what has happened is not the binding of Satan, but the empowerment of the saints. Against the healing power of the broken body of Christ, Satan and his minions are impotant, but those who have not yet found that power are very much subject to his dominion.
