I would say there will be a lawsuit on this one for failing to protect the prisoner. I don't believe this person shouldn't be punished for the weed but I don't think the cops shouldn't be punished either for failing to do their job. As for the rapist, I think they should cut of his fricking head and then quarter him and spread his entrails to the four corners of the earth.

I think the easiest solution would be to hold the sheriff/warden/prison guard criminally and civilly liable for such attacks. You’d see prison rapes drop off dramatically.

Sarcasm my friend is a technique which relies on subtle cues such as body language, facial expressions or tonal quality of the voice.
