The problem with ID is it does not follow the rules of science. ID can be tested. Behe's irreducible complexity of the flagellum has been tested and it passed the test - if you take away any of the 40 odd genes that make it up, it will not work, period. So yes, ID can be tested.
Oh and by the way how does one test whetyher a species was 'naturally selected' or not?
