Yes if someone rapes one annally it is less of a sentance from rape of the vagina. Check your state laws out.

Haven't you heard that the USSC made sodomy a protected constitutional right? How can you have laws against a constitutional right? The old guys who wrote the Bill of Rights didn't write that one down, but O'Conner & co have learned they meant to but just didn't get around to it before it went to the printer.
