I'm not interested in food fights. I am way, way too old for that. Or am I interested in friendly fire incidents. I guess I'm of a different generation where men served their country and came home and used the GI bill to get an education got married and bought that starter home and raised some children and attend a church of their choice and pay their taxes and got involved in their communities.
I do not see the utility of trashing men of my generation who served their country. I am a man believes in duty, honor, country. And I will not be put down your rebuke. Let's get on with the cause at hand.
Then don't go digging up threads that went dead two f***ing days ago, newbie.
McPeak served honorably in war; he then was promoted well above his level of competence and made a gawd-awful mess of the Air Force under Clinton. Now, he bad-mouths the CinC and supports the Frenchurian candidate. Sorry, he's inserted himself into this fracas. Being a four-star or a combat veteran doesn't immunize oneself against criticism for being a fool.
BTW, I spent 8 years in the USMC, and my father spent 20 in the Navy. So have yourself a nice steaming cup of STFU.
