I just heard this piece of trash on the radio today and was disgusted. The history of music has a great tradition, BTW, of dealing with these types. Canadian Neil Young - another leftist nutcase singer - famously made a broad-based portrayal of the American south as a bunch of ignorant redneck klansmen and called for slavery reparations in "Southern Man." Shortly thereafter Lynyrd Skynyrd served Mr. Young a healthy counterpunch with "Sweet Home Alabama"
