Thanks for the ping JustPiper. Still with you all in spirit and I lurk every day. Just don't have time to post thoughtfully. I hope I can get this corrected soon.

I miss my TM friends.

Stay Safe and God Bless.

I know this professor is one of those watched by Campus-Watch, and he deserves to be.

Stanford, if anyone there is listening, you will get not one penny from me till this guy is gone. When I think of the damage he has done, it's sickening.

http://history.stanford.edu/faculty/beinin

http://www.mission4israel.com/Anti-Semitism.htm?contrassID=2&subContrassID=9&sbSubContrassID=0

The highlight of the three-day conference in Washington was a barnburner of a speech by Stanford University's Joel Beinin, the outgoing president of MESA. Invoking the Sept. 11 attacks, Mr. Beinin mocked Americans for thinking they should be "uniquely protected from the consequences of (their) actions." He heaped contempt on foreign-policy analysts -- "terror-ologists," he called them -- who go on television to discuss Islamic extremism. He denounced the president of Harvard University for suggesting some weeks ago that anti-Israel activism on campus is mutating into anti-Semitism. Finally, Mr. Beinin accused "neoconservative true believers with ties to the Israeli right" of orchestrating a smear campaign against him and other Middle East experts. MESA members gave him a standing ovation. (The full text of Mr. Beinin's speech is available at fp.arizona.edu/mesassoc .)

Ha, I don't know how the Nigerian scams tie into terrorism, but I've saved every one of those dumb emails from over several years!

Must have a hundred or so by now.

They're always good for a chuckle.

THE ALGERIAN CONNECTION.......
Here are some interesting reads and links, I will post more
later.

STRATFORD
THE GLOBAL INTELLIGENCE COMPANY
http://www.stratfor.com

THE ALGERIAN CONNECTION

"European countries have busted alleged terrorist cells across the continent in recent days.

Many of those arrested are Algerian nationals. Islamic radicals from Algeria are now key

players in the international terrorism network, due to their broad access to Europe and

North America and their extensive guerrilla training. As a result, Washington will seek

closer ties with Algiers, especially in the realm of intelligence cooperation."

THE ALGERIAN CONNECTION

"In a broadcast dating October 25, PBS's Frontline told the tale of a terrorist well known

to residents of the Pacific Northwest. Ahmed Ressam, the "Millennium Bomber," was featured

in Frontline's "Trail of a Terrorist," an episode that sought to connect bin Laden's Al

Qaeda with Algerian Islamic insurgents."

The topic of your post is why we are here. Exposing these creeps and kicking some booty (back to the countries they espouse and out of the one they simultaneously live in and degrade to anyone who will listen). We've only just begun (another song reference - sorry JP).

I don't think the scammers are choosy about who they target as marks - a scammer e-mailed a pitch to my cat.

That's what I meant. After I posted that, I realized I should have snipped out
the terror part because your articles were about scamming the scammers .....

Those have been Classic FR posts, imho. I loved them. :^D
