As if O'Reilly doesn't have enough trouble stirring around him these days....
Last night on Factor he and Kerry biographer, Douglas Brinkley, had a smooch-fest to celebrate the paperback release of Brinkleys's Tour of Duty.
Left unsaid, by both, was the fact that O'Reilly publicly praised Brinkley's book before its original, hardback printing. Can we say, "HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST"?
In fact, the obviously love-struck Brinkley liked O'Reilly's thumbs-up so much they both agreed to publish....

I think O'Reilly will settle the lawsuit for a mill or two and go on as nothing has happened.

The minute Brinkley came on..I switched channels..I still had on Fox from the news and had not switched..O'Reilly lost me over his condescending disdain for the swifties.
Thanks for the analysis; I was wondering if anyone else noticed last night. I accidentally had it on at home while busy in the other room; I haven't watched O'R in a long time. I listened to the two of them, at first thinking it was a neutral deal. I was so horrified and sickened by the attacks on the Swifties and the praise for Kerry.
For me, this conflict-of-interest says it all when wondering why O'Reilly was so instantly smearing the Swift Vets.
Bill wants on the A list and kissing up to Brinkley puts him in the "right" lib camp...He was so completely dismissive of the swifties..this explains a lot.
IF O'RILLEY WANTED TO HAVE A LOVEFEST WITH BRINKLEY HE COULD HAVE DONE IT BY PHONE AND LET US SEE SOMETHING FAIR AND BALANCED ON AIR......
