Personally, I think either DP or LWOP would be just sentences.
I'd almost rather he gets LWOP.
The thought of "Thor" and "Bubba" breathing down Scotty's neck day in and day out...well, you know...
I'm kinda hoping for LWOP. The sentence is less vulnerable to appeals and the prisoner is more vulnerable to the elements.
Fewer appeals with LWOP,
but since Snott and Geragos want LWOP,
I am "sort of" hoping for DP.
