TTS- you yourself said that the book was out of print. Plus, his other books are fairly out of date as well. I'll make you a deal - you get to some of his "middlemen" and I'll ensure you that he gets published in Russia. He's readily available on the net (at least his articles, etc.)which means his works are available to Russians. Or are you going to claim the FSB is blocking access to him on the net as well (if so, how I can find his articles if I'm using a Russian ISP?).

Most of the books you mentioned are out of date. how come theyre available, but olitsyn is not? But hey, his first book is free for the takin. So publish it and make lots of money!!! I promise, if notin bad happens to you, I will absolutely be happy for your newfound success.
