Greer is either afraid of Michael, being blackmailed, or totally in on the whole scheme. I simply cannot believe that he is truly being objective about this case, no matter what he says. The proof is in his actions. He does NOT discipline Michael in any way for the things that he has done wrong from the very beginning, including (but not limited to) putting Terri in hospice without having the court's prior permission, as is the stated law. Michael moved her there, and then retroactively got permission from Greer. Some judge!
I think it is worse than that. I don't think Greer is in collusion with Michael. I think Greer has his own mind made up that Terri's life is not worth anything, and nothing will sway his opinion. I am afraid his rulings are based upon his own skewed beliefs in this case and not ruled by law or fact.
