I totally agree with you. My roommate is no great fan of Bush's, but he does recognize his efforts in countering the insurgency as well as opening up the Colombian market.

President Uribe is going to go down as one of the greatest leaders Latin America has ever seen. I can't stop marvelling at him, he truly has the elements of greatness.
