You know what? I can't feel too upset with this given the fact WE armed Iraq, even after knowing what a total nut job SH was. We also gave arms to Iran for hostages. Both of these occured when the best prez in last century was large and in charge.
It's an embarassment for Russia now, just like it was to us then. But I'm not going to say how shocked and saddened I am about it.
