I have thought right from the get-go there was a cover-up and I still think so.

"I have thought right from the get-go there was a cover-up and I still think so."

Given the number of times this has been litigated, given that the governor and Pres.'s brother. and FL legislature looked and acted on the case, given, now, a Fed. judge at the beheast of the US Congress found no problems...not likely.

Judge Greer and Michael, and his lawyer are in in up to their eyeballs. They can't turn back now... They are in too deep, so get rid of Terri is their answer. A million $ medical malpractice suit that Michael was suppose to put into trust for Terri never made it there for her rehab. If the Federal Judge rules in favor of Terri now, he'll be opening up a whole new can of worms that will implicate all of them.

"A million $ medical malpractice suit that Michael was suppose to put into trust for Terri never made it there for her rehab."

Really? I would think that the parents would have gone after him for that? As her guadian I would have thought that the courts would have gone after him for that. Where can I find info that he didn't do what he was suppose to do?

"If the Federal Judge rules in favor of Terri"
To late. He didn't.

I found out about the million $ lawsuit money about a year ago, either World Net Daily, or News Max. Can't remember for sure where, but it was a very reputable site. Check out Terri's site at http://www.terrisfight.org it may have been on there.

They have tried to go after him, but Judge Greer refused to listen to the facts. The evidence was shot down before it was even presented by Greer.

Go to Terri's site at http://www.terrisfight.org and click on timeline on the left side. Scroll down ~~ There is info about $million dollar lawsuit there and that her husband refused rehab. It's not the full article I was looking for, but there's so much on this case, that it's hard to find all the files I read over a year age.

Sorry, but the Terri org info doesn't look reliable. For example they state the funds for here are..."FACT: In 1992, Terri was awarded nearly one million dollars by a malpractice jury and an out-of-court malpractice settlement."

"Summary of expenses paid from Terri’s 1.2 Million Dollar medical trust fund (jury awarded 1992)"

Notice they say a jury awarded it? Court records and even they say it was settled out of court!

There are actual court documents and transcripts posted on Terr's site. I think it is very reliable.

Ahhhhh the testimony is in the court record and the judge commented on it. How can you possibly think otherwise?

The main problem is all 20 judges now are not going through the cases individually but they are all going off the findings of the comments from Greer none of them want to buck the liberal system !!

The culture of death judges have their hooks into liberty its going to take a very strong flame to sear those hooks loose this may not be the case to do it but how far do they go before they start killing over our ideology not fitting theirs how long before they say you are wrong headed and must be exterminated ?

Make sense ?

According to the Statutes of the Nobel Foundation, information about the nominations is not to be disclosed, publicly or privately, for a period of fifty years. The restriction not only concerns the nominees and nominators, but also investigations and opinions in the awarding of a prize. Nomination information older than fifty years is public. So, if he had been truly nominated -- he would be violating fundamental Nobel Foundation principles to say that. The 50 year vow of silence is up in 2049. But wait. There's more. The Tampa Tribune reported in 2003 that the Nobel Prize nomination was Nobel Prize website articulates the nomination procedure: a letter from a Congressman isn't on the list. Does the Nobel Committee consider these "informal" nominations? In a word: no. (and a nod to News Hounds) The Florida court found Hammesfahr's 2002 testimony in the Schiavo case to be anecdotal. A quick review of the handful of published research on his web site makes that judgment abundantly clear. It reminds me of the "doctor-by-mail-order" materials that land by the truckload in my parents' mailbox each month.
