Perhaps not a cover-up. But certainly mishandling of the case, and he should be disbarred for refusing to look at other evidence that the Schlinders attempted to present, but he refused to look at it.

Ahhhhh the testimony is in the court record and the judge commented on it. How can you possibly think otherwise?
